Please join us for our sign-up day to enroll with Dr. Mitchell Currie. 

This will be first come fist served, and we welcome anyone that is currently without a family physician at this time. 

Dr. Mitchell Currie will be accepting the first 500 patients, and the next 500 will go on a listy for the physcian joining the Brockton and Area Family Health Organization in 2025. Date to be determined. 

Please note that parking and the waiting areas may be limited. We will do our best to get everyone through as fast as we can. If you are unable to attend this event, you may have someone attend for you. Please ensure a valid healthcard is present.
